Yes. All items are carefully sourced and checked to ensure authenticity before being listed. If an item has certilog tag or similar we include a screenshot proving authnticity
We use Royal Mail Tracked 24, which in our experience is by far the most reliable service.
If you have a personal preference for a different courier, just let us know and we’ll do our best to send your order using that service.
If you need next-day delivery, please email us before placing your order so we can ensure your item is dispatched in time for the last collection.
We accept all major debit and credit cards via Stripe, which also supports Google Pay and Apple Pay for added convenience.
We also accept PayPal. Both options are safe and secure, and we never store your payment details — all transactions are processed securely through these providers.
At the moment, we don’t offer international shipping directly through our website.
However, many of our items are also listed on eBay, where you can purchase using eBay’s Global Shipping Programme. This service provides better protection for both buyers and sellers, including full tracking and customs handling.
We’ve chosen this option because we’ve experienced issues with direct international shipping in the past, and eBay’s programme allows us to offer a much safer and more reliable service for overseas customers.

Each item’s condition is clearly described in the product listing, along with detailed, high-resolution photos so you know exactly what you’re purchasing before checkout. Any flaws are fully disclosed and shown in close-up images.
Orders are usually dispatched within 1 working day. You’ll receive tracking details as soon as your order has been shipped.
If you need to make changes, please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has been dispatched, changes may not be possible.
Many of our items are one-off or limited pieces. Once they’re gone, they’re unlikely to be restocked — but you can request brands or styles you’d like us to source in future.
Yes. All available measurements are included in the product description, and we provide close-up photos showing these measurements wherever possible.
